I would love to support you in your journey to finding greater levels of peace, contentment and happiness, regardless of whatever has happened in your life. I focus my approach on active listening, mindfulness, self-compassion, REBT, narrative therapy, and a strengths-based approach.
With my background in mindfulness meditation and mindful self-compassion from my doctoral program and 4 years of mindfulness meditation teaching experience I love to support individuals in coming to a grounded center in their life, no matter what they have been through or are going through. I have extensive experience with issues relating to abuse, trauma, domestic violence, sexual violence and chronic stress. I look forward to supporting you!
